First or Last Day of School Balloon

A custom balloon to make that first day of school picture extra special!

Satin ribbon standard, can upgrade to Tissue Fringe tail coordinating in color.

Item ships as a DIY kit that must be assembled. Decal will be prepped and ready for application. Balloon can be airfilled or helium filled.

For LOCAL pick up, balloon will be assembled and inflated with helium + treated with a float time extender. 

To apply decal: place as desired on inflated balloon. Use a vinyl scrapping tool or credit card to apply vinyl to balloon and remove it from transfer tape. Slowly peel back transfer tape.
